1:1 Lifestyle Attunement Session with Chelsey Grace

the holy trinity: yoga, reiki, ayurveda

main intention:

we are made up of 5 different bodies called the koshas. through the trinity, we bring attention toward the whole portrait: PEMS (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and bliss bodies)

overview: 

we begin softly so the feminine feels comfortable receiving. an eastern approach to yoga lets the annamaya kosha (the physical, tangible body) settle. the first 30–40 minutes are all about grounding, giving the nervous system permission to cool down and take its foot off the pedal.

once the body softens, the pranamaya kosha (the emotional and energetic layer) finally has room to breathe.

as we drop deeper, the manomaya kosha (your mental body) begins to unclench. this is where the mind, thoughts, patterns, stories, and unconscious reactions reside. naturally, thoughts slow, stories loosen, and you begin returning home.

from there, we open into the vijnanamaya kosha (the spiritual layer). through guided meditation and hands-on reiki, the universe’s love and light are channeled through the chakras.

emotions are energy in motion. when we suppress them, they lose that motion and become stuck in the body. reiki prioritizes finding old, stagnant, unprocessed energy so it can gently clear out.

intuition gets the opportunity to wake up and become stronger.

we stay in this space for about 45–55 minutes, allowing the manomaya (mental body) and pranamaya (emotional and energetic layer) kosha to fully untangle. the energy field resets. your inner wisdom has the space to wiggle through and hold you.

once held and grounded in your own energy field, we move into the final pillar: ayurveda.

my outlook with ayurveda is to enhance the annamaya kosha (the physical vessel) through an ancient lens. depending on your imbalances, I offer lifestyle attunement tips to strengthen your agni (digestive tract), cleansing techniques, and morning/evening rituals to enhance the tone and physical appearance of the body.

ayurveda ensures the system stays in harmony, no matter the season or the stress you’re undergoing.

my hope for you with the holy trinity is that you actually live from an aligned state, not just taste it for an hour or two. there is no greater teacher and healer than yourself. I simply set up a frequency of unconditional love so you feel safe enough to relax, uncover, discover, and eventually commit so deeply to your healing that you become your greatest teacher and healer.

I hope you walk away with deeper body awareness, a less tangled mind, and a gentle heart that can clearly communicate the direction it wants to move in.

the end goal of my sessions (and in life): your bliss body (the anandamaya kosha) finally has space to glow and grow.

there is an optional addition of a handmade, customizable skincare product, tea blend, or beauty formula tailored to your imbalances.

there’s a reason this offering is called the holy trinity — yoga, reiki, and ayurveda are how I bring my own koshas back into balance and live in harmony with all layers of myself. like an onion, the more you peel, the juicier and more delicious it becomes. we reflect this. I honor self-commitment above all else and will never push anyone into this work or try to change who they are.

these spaces are sacred, intimate, and deeply vulnerable — on both ends.

  • single session: 350 USD

  • 3-session pack: 950 USD (once every 11–18 days)

In-depth holy trinity breakdown: 

1. yoga

30–35 minutes of intentional movement, dropping into the body with a focus on regulating the nervous system.

  • depending on one’s practice, this can range from seated joint-based warmups and somatic-inspired movement to postures from the ashtanga primary series (surya namaskar A & B, standing sequence, closing sequence).

  • this is a guided space for you to rejoice in presence—understanding what parts of the body hold stuck energy through movement and simple dialogue.

2. reiki

45–50 minutes of channeled light through healing hands to untangle the mind and release undeserving energy.

  • hands-on experience with guided meditation

  • targeting areas of blockage, overwhelm, and neglected emotions that have lost their motion

  • main purpose: energetic massage and reset

3. ayurveda

35–40 minutes of dialogue to complete the full circle of your life

  • main purpose: enhance the physical condition, making the vessel’s home a desired place to reside

post-session, I’d be delighted to hand make a collection of tea, skincare, and/or beauty products depending on the imbalances within the body.

  • hair: hair growth spray, shampoos, hair oils

  • face: face washes by skin type; face oils/serums

  • tea: morning teas, mid-day pick-me-up teas, nighttime tea, lover’s magnet tea
